Fantastic semi-detached villa set in the Andalusian countryside just above Velez-Malaga. The 3 bedroom villa is set in a quiet and peaceful location surrounded by olive and almond groves with its own private pool with sun beds. Only a 10 minute drive down to the beach at Torre del Mar and large shopping centre El Engenio. The villa has spectacular sea and mountain views looking over Torre del Mar, with the rugged mountains behind and the traditional Spanish pueblo of Arenas just a few kilometers away. The interior of the villa is spacious and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. With a large open plan lounge area with leather suite and dining area, including everything you need for a fantastic self-catering holiday. There is wireless broadband Internet connection in the office for clients wishing to bring their laptops. Outside there is a large shaded alfresco dining area with seating for up to 8 people set in mature gardens. The villa has good access with concrete road.
Private Swimming Pool: Anybody booking the villa has sole use of the swimming pool during their stay. The key holder lives next door so is available for any help or advice if needed.

Location Details
Only a 10 minute drive away down to the coast there is Torre del Mar which has a large indoor shopping center El Engenio with 10 pin bolwing, 10 screen multi-cinema and bars and restaurants. Just opposite is the aqua park with numerous slides and pools for the children and also two go-carting circuits. Nearby is Caleta de Velez home to Bavaria Golf which is an 18 hole golf course. Nerja is only 20 minutes away with excellent beaches, bars and restaurants or visit the famous Nerja Caves. The villa is ideally located for visiting famous attractions like the Alhambra Palace, Granada, just one and a half hours drive away. You can also go skiing for the day in Granada's Sierra Nevada resort between November and March. The beautiful cities of Sevilla, Ronda, Cordoba and Malaga with its new Picasso museum and shopping are also within easy reach for daytrips.

Rental Rates
We require a non-refundable deposit of £150 at the time of booking. A returnable damage deposit of £100 is also required with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If the balance is not paid on time, the contract will be void and the house will be immediately made available for rental to others. If the booking happens less than 8 weeks before the arrival, the total rental price should be paid in full. Once booking and funds are confirmed, you will receive full information including directions and key collection details.
Changeover day is flexible.
